Project:

An Internet based business contacted Adapt after deciding it needed to have a review of its business process to prepare the company for growth.

What we did:

We undertook a full review of all the business systems being used. This included both manual and computer based systems applications. We highlighted a number of issues within the systems they were using that could easily be amended to produce greater efficiency. In producing a comprehensive report we agreed with the management that a ‘building block approach’ would be taken to the issues within the business.

What they got:

This project is ongoing but the following has been achieved in a very short time:

• A complete overhaul of their IT system management which no services their business far more effectively.
  

• A program of retraining the operation staff was immediately implemented which had a dramatic effect on improving cash flow.
  

• The directors of the business agreed to a database being installed that facilitated better management control.
  

• An increase in turnover of 100% despite using the systems and the same number of staff.
